We are Selling Sunsets, a boutique family run business based in the beautiful Marbella area of Southern Spain. Penny Dunlop, who is co-owner and Sales Director has been passionate about property and real estate since buying her first property in London at the start of the property boom many years ago! During that time in London, she bought and sold a few properties and realised the potential of investing in real estate long before it was fashionable to do so! She now has 20+ years of experience in the Spanish property market, meaning she is highly qualified to advise clients on their purchase and successfully find them their dream property.
Rosanna Prinsloo is in charge of the marketing side and ensures that properties listed with us have excellent exposure on various websites, social media and magazines, in order to attract the perfect buyer for your property.
To make sure our clients' property purchase runs as smoothly as possible, we cover the process from start to finish, meaning that their purchase in Spain will be stress free and enjoyable. We have a very reputable lawyer who has over 40 years' experience in property conveyancing here and we also have tax and mortgage advisors to assist with the process in whichever part of Spain our clients choose to buy. The client will be well informed throughout the entire purchase, ensuring total ease of mind that everything is being taken care of on their behalf.
If it is more convenient, we also offer our buyers full virtual property tours meaning that the initial viewing can be carried out from the comfort of their own home or office.
